UNLMTD is built by people who operate at the same level they serve. Amanda Riffee founded UNLMTD after an 18+ year corporate career and scaling her own coaching business. Every UNLMTD team member is chosen with the same love and attention we use to curate our residency because the experience inside UNLMTD should feel as elevated as the women in it.
Every day, I have unfiltered, confidential conversations with successful women who tell me how they’re really feeling. The weight they’re really carrying. Everything they’ve been keeping behind the curtain.
And I can relate to all of it. Because it’s me too.
The financial decisions that keep you up at night. The legal implications of making the wrong ones. Being the person everyone comes to for answers (at work and at home) while quietly wondering who you can call when you need one.
The higher we go, the fewer people there are who truly understand. And the fewer people who actually have the answers.
I built UNLMTD because I wanted to build a safe space to let our guard down and learn from each other. A place for the raw, real conversations that actually move us forward. Where we open doors for each other, make connections that matter, and build the kind of friendships that are one text away when the weight feels too heavy or a decision feels too big.
Our partners are incredible. Our friends are wonderful. And we also need this.
Because I truly believe we go further faster when we do it together. It doesn’t matter if you own a business or lead from the top of a corporate company — the responsibility is the same, and the need for women who get it doesn’t change.
